The time to receive the doll after placing the order includes two time periods.
1) Production time: 3-25 days, different brands have different production times.
2) Transit time from the factory  to customer's door.

Shipping to the United States is duty-free. We use UPS, FEDEX or DHL for delivery depending on the location.The delivery time is between 5~10 days depending on the lcoation. Meanwhile, we offer the expedited service, the delivery time takes 3~5 days. This service need to pay extra.

For most EU countries,Australia Canada and most area of UK, we offer two shipping methods. We use the first method of shipping by default. If you want to receive the package faster, please inform us to use the second method.

1) Free freight and free tax by sea.Delivery takeas around 50 days
2) Pay extra USD700 by Air. Delivery takes around 15 days

For parcel sent to the following areas, MOON-DOLL is responsible for customs clearance and payment of import duties.
