How to order
Check the specifications and Choose the favorite options for your doll.
Click "Add to cart" after customizing your doll. you will see all the option list for your doll in the shopping cart.
Click " Proceed to Checkout". Fill in all the necessary information for receiving the parcel including Name,Email,Phone Number and the delivery address.
Click "Place Order" after entering the payment details. You will receive an confirmation email.(Check your junk or spam if its not in the inbox)
Normally it will take 2~5 working days for production depending on the chosen doll.If you want the doll to arrive specially fast, please feel free to inquire with us.
Before the shipping, we will send the real pictures or video of the doll you ordered to check if everything meet your requirements. If there's any discrepancy, we will revise it before shipping.
After shipping, we will update the shipping information with tracing number ASAP.In our shipping policy, we list the areas which can delivery free and the estimate arriving time.Please read our shipping policy for detail.
